Pilates for Golfers
Pilates for golfers is a specially designed programme aimed to help you optimise your performance and improve your game.
Classes enable you to become more body aware, improve your core strength, improve your swing consistency and efficiency and help to reduce the risk of injury - prolonging your golfing career! Focus is on rotating the least flexible area of your spine which is perfect for golfers.
Currently offered on private basis only but I do incorporate many 'golf' exercises in group classes as they are beneficial for everyone!
